FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, However to prolong the life of your ShowGirl:Wig- I would recommend always styling your wig by using steam.

If you haven’t done this before?

You can find many tutorials on Youtube to get you started.

I want to keep my prices as low as possible while keeping you looking the best without sacrificing on quality.

To do this, I process your orders with my suppliers once a week, with the order cut off being Friday at 12pm.

Your orders, except shoes will be posted on Mondays!

Remember though ShowGirls, Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Friday, meaning you’ll be waiting at least 7 business days.

All ShowGirl: Wigs and Makeup : As above, orders are dispatched on Monday, when ordered by 12pm the previous Friday. I.e  1 business day after order cut off.

All ShowGirl: Shoes take a little longer to arrive from the supplier and will typically be dispatched on a Friday when ordered by 12pm the previous Friday. I.e 5 business days after order cutoff.

Dolls, please choose carefully when ordering your new showgirlwigs, as we do not cancel / Alter / Change orders once payment has been made.

Dolls, we will happily exchange your ShowGirl:Wig - However we do have time limits. Those times limits are 24 hours after reciepted delivery. We take that time to being " Delivered, signed by xx"  on the official Auspost Tracking Site. 

To facilitate an exchange, you will need to send the wig back to us with a traceable postage service - we also suggest you purchasing insurance on that, as we will not accept responsibility on any lost parcels. 


**Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the shoes or wigs.**


For example: Dakota, I ordered Blonde 1001/613 and the wig is not blonde enough. I want a refund ECT

 

What I suggest before placing a order - is to check the pictures out on a alternate electronic device ( phone, laptop, ipad ect) as each monitor may have different graphical settings which can alter images.  However do not worry, we will only send out the colour code ordered.

 

Also we do take our photographs in a proffesional studio setting with artifical lighting. Our images are not photoshopped, but also remember your personal surrounds will of course alter your colour perception ( inside lighting, under hollagen lights, outside lighting)

We dont actually have a store, If we were to have a physical bricks and mortar store - our prices would of course double - and thats something that we all dont want xx

 

ShowGirls,
We only sell a medium sized cap for our wigs. A medium sized cap in a perfect scenario will fit a head circumfrence of 22 - 24 inches ( With little to no hair). If you are lucky enough to have longer hair -  we suggest you pincurl your hair and use a actual stocking cap made for wigs.

You may need to trim your sideburns back as well showgirls ( if you have them )
