This Styling fee will cover the cost to have your ShowGirlWig styled by EstherRix herself, from Styled By Esther. 

This fee is only for the style - you must purchase the wig as well.

Turn around for these wigs are: 2 - 4 weeks

Information behind our Stylist:

Styled by Esther is owned and run by drag queen Esther Rix (AKA Kristian Zorino).

She has been styling wigs for 4 years and is a fully qualified makeup artist, wig and hair stylist.

Esther specializes in vintage styling, finger waves and voluminous curls, but can recreate any style and loves a challenge.

You may have seen Styled by Esther creations on many local queens around Australia as well as on RuPaul's Drag Race, some queens sporting an Esther hair-do include:

  • Laganja Estranja
  • Latrice Royale,
  • Jujubee
  • Shangela wore a ShowGirlWig's ( Fann'ee Rooted Blonde) Which was styled by esther herself on the All Stars Season 3 Finale.

    Dakota, Are the wigs able to be straightened?


    However to prolong the life of your ShowGirl:Wig- I would recommend always styling your wig by using steam

    If you haven’t done this before? You can find many tutorials on Youtube to get you started

    Dakota, Where is the store located?

    We dont actually have a store, If we were to have a physical bricks and mortar store - our prices would of course double - and that's something that we all dont want.

    Dakota, what does the difference between your melbourne and backorder shipping times


    Same day shipping, means that as long as you place your order prior to our 8am

    cutoff - then your order will leave our warehouse that same day.

    This is a lot different than “Same day delivery” which means that you would receive the order that same business day - it’s not something that we can offer at this stage.

    What we do have is the flexibility between having two warehouses, our new melbourne one and one of our backorder ones.

    • If you order a wig from our melbourne warehouse - then your order will be ariving at your doorstep the next business day.

    • If you order a wig from our backorder warehouse - then your order will be arriving anywhere between 5 - 9 business days. If your order is coming from the backorder warehouse - your postage will be free - due to wait for the wig to arrive from our backup warehouse.

    Dakota, My wig doesnt fit / I can see my real hair

    ShowGirls, We only sell a medium sized cap for our wigs. A medium sized cap in a perfect scenario will fit a head circumfrence of 22 - 24 inches ( With little to no hair).

    If you are lucky enough to have longer hair - we suggest you pincurl your hair and use a actual stocking cap made for wigs. You may need to trim your sideburns back as well showgirls ( if you have them )

    Dakota, Can I Cancel my order?

    Dolls, please choose carefully when ordering, as we do not cancel orders once payment has been made

    Dakota, I Have ordered the wrong wig/ I would like to exchange my wig?


    We will happily exchange your ShowGirl:Wig - However we do have time limits. Those times limits are 24 hours after reciepted delivery. We take that time to being " Delivered, signed by xx" on the official DHL Tracking Site.

    To facilitate an exchange, you will need to send the wig back to us with a traceable postage service - we also suggest you purchasing insurance on that, as we will not accept responsibility on any lost parcels

    Dakota, I want to return my wig for a refund


    We do not refund orders because you have changed your mind, We however are governed by Australia's Consumer laws.

    We will refund orders only if the return falls under an acceptable refund category - such as major fails ect ( Ordered a black wig, received a blonde wig)

    What that does also state, that you cannot return a wig for refund because you believe that you are entitled to one

    **Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the shoes or wigs.**

    For example: Dakota, I ordered Blonde 1001/613 and the wig is not blonde enough. I want a refund ECT

    What I suggest before placing a order - is to check the pictures out on a alternate electronic device ( phone, laptop, ipad ect) as each monitor may have different graphical settings which can alter images. Do we remember the controversy over that: is it black and gold or blue and white dress saga?

    Also we do take our photographs in a professional studio setting with artificial lighting.

    Our images are not photo shopped, but also remember your personal surrounds will of course alter your color perception ( inside lighting, under hollagen lights, outside lighting)
